Lecture Presentations
The program of lecture sessions can be found here: https://epapers2.org/ifcs2026/ESR/session_sched_view.php?sched_id=1
Lecture presentations will be a total of 20 minutes long (5 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A). For invited talks, the presentations will be 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
We request that lecture presenters bring a copy of their presentation on a USB memory stick. You should upload your slides the day before your session at the registration desk during registration hours.
We recommend using PowerPoint. If your presentation includes videos or audio clips, you should create a folder named with your presentation number, title, and date, and save those media files separately. This allows us to download them if they don’t play correctly within the presentation due to file size.
Be warned that movies embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to be played. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.
Speakers should arrive in their session room no later than 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair. The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that proportion. There is not a
required template.
VIRTUAL: If you selected to attend virtually (during the submission process), we will play your pre-recorded video during the lecture session.
