Guidelines For Preparing Your Video:
- Duration
- Regular Lecture Presentations: 15 minutes max
- Poster Presentations: 3 minutes max
- Invited Speakers: 25 minutes max
- File size: 300MB max
- Video file format: mp4
- Dimensions: Minimum height 720 pixels, aspect ratio: 16:9
Presentations not received by the deadline will be considered a no-show and will be removed from the conference program. Submission links will be sent out to authors in early April in order to upload videos, slides/posters, and the consent form.
