An Exhibitor Pass is required for each representative without a Conference Registration. This pass grants access to the exhibition areas, but does not include plenaries and lectures. Please provide the number of required Exhibitor Passes with your application and contact us for any later changes.

Exhibitor Passes are available at the following cost:

  • Full Conference Exhibitor Pass: $400 USD, includes lunches and breaks for the four days of Tuesday to Friday as well as admission to the Welcome Reception and Banquet Dinner.
  • Exhibitor Hall Only Pass: $200 USD, includes lunches and breaks for the four days of Tuesday to Friday as well as admission to the Welcome Reception.  A gala dinner ticket is not included but can be purchased.
  • Single Day Exhibitor Pass: $60 USD, includes lunch and breaks for the chosen day (Tuesday to Friday).  A gala dinner ticket is not included but can be purchased.

*Exhibitor booth pricing increases to $2,600 after March 12, 2026.

  • Placement: Your poster will be interspersed directly within the regular scientific poster sessions, ensuring maximum foot traffic and engagement with technical attendees.
  • Content: Advertise your products in a technical format that appeals directly to researchers and scientists.
  • The presented poster material will NOT be published in the conference proceedings.
